Mr. Shan Jun engaged in enterprise operation management, financial management for many years, had served successively as president of Shandong Offshore Equipment Co., Ltd., in charge of set up and management of the Marine Engineering sector of Shandong Ocean Investment Co.,Ltd;
He was the head of Shandong Shipping Corporation finance department, presided over some large dry bulk carriers’ and VLGC carriers’ financing, established liquefied petroleum gas bulk business, engaged in some project investment in offshore oil and gas, offshore drilling platform; Shandong Highway Group Deputy Secretary of the Board, in charge of the enterprise privatization, road construction and investment in upstream and downstream industries and so on.
Mr. Shan Jun has very significant experience in financial management and corporate finance operations.

Lou Jiwei graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1982, majoring in Marine Machinery Engineering and then obtained an MBA degree from Antai College of Economics & Management in 2001. He holds senior engineer qualifications from the Chinese professional body of Engineers.
He worked in Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd and led a successful career firstly as a Machinery Design Engineer, then as Manager of the Design & Technologies Department. He progressed through the company, becoming Director of the Business & Marketing Department, then Assistant to the General Manager and finally Deputy General Manager from 1982 to 2002. From 2003 to 2005, Lou Jiwei worked in the China State Shipbuilding Corporation as Vice Director of the Business & Marketing Department and Vice General Manager of China Shipbuilding Trading Company. He became the Vice General Manager of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd in 2005.
Lou Jiwei joined Sinopacific Shipbuilding Group at the end of 2005 and has held the positions of Vice President, Director and Senior Vice President, Assistant to the CEO and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Sinopacific, the newly established yard became one of the quite few fastest-growing and successful private shipyards in China and Lou also originated the shipping investment vehicle of the group via his expertise in the industry.
During the setup of shipping investment vehicle he was involved in capital raising and merger and acquisition transactions with an aggregate value of more than $700 million at Crown Ship Limited and Crown Maritime Limited. These transactions were completed for a variety of clients in the both shipping and ship financing industries.

Su Bin:
Su Bin, Born 1972, is Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Gas. He has over a decade of management experience within the maritime and logistic industry. Before joining Pacific Gas, Mr. Su served in several national shipping enterprises as senior management where he was responsible for long term charters, vessel lease and newbuilding. During his early career he had been employed by Shanghai Airport Authority for airport construction and logistics management. Mr. Su holds a degree in Navigation from Shanghai Maritime University and a PHD degree in management from Fudan University.
